Cancelling an order

Made in Me allows you to cancel your order within 48 hours of making your purchase. Within this period of time clients are able to modify any element of their shoe’s design. Beyond this time frame, you will no longer be able to cancel your order.

It is very simple to cancel or modify your order; send us an email to [email protected] indicating your order number and we will immediately interrupt the manufacturing process. We will refund your payment within the next 3-5 days following your cancellation.

Returns Policy of an Order

We would feel terribly upset if our shoes don’t manage to meet your expectations, though we are fully aware these things sometimes happen. For this reason, Made in Me allows you to return your shoes on the following conditions (if these terms aren’t met, Made in Me has the right to turn down your return request):

  • All returns must be requested within 3 months of the original delivery date.
  • All shoes must be returned unworn and undamaged.
  • All shoes must be returned in their original packaging.
  • The return for other pair of shoes will be done ONLY once.

Once we have checked that your shoes are in fact unworn and undamaged, Made in Me will proceed to refund the total amount of your payment within 3-5 week days.

How do I return my order?

If you wish to return your order please contact us at [email protected], indicating your name, order number, along with a brief description of why you wish to return your product.

1) If shipment is made from Europe or USA: Once we have received your return submission form, we will send you an email indicating the instructions you must follow in order for our Logistics dealer to pick up your shoes at the provided address. Keep in mind we will cover all costs.

2) If shipment is made outside Europe: Once we receive your return submission form, we will send you an email with the instructions you must follow. Consider that you have to handle the shipment b yourself, covering return postage costs, unless Made in Me is responsible for the faulty product, which of course full return costs would then be covered by us.

Special Returns Policy

In Made in Me there is a purchase limit of 3 pairs of shoes per order, for you to be able to enjoy free delivery and full refund of your purchase.

In case you wish to purchase more than 3 pairs of shoes under the same order, you will need to request it at [email protected]. Once we have approved your order, you must understand you will only receive a 50% refund for the shoes you choose to return exceeding this 3 pairs limit.
